General rules

1.1. By creating a game account (hereinafter the Account) on the Ninja Global platform, the user accepts these rules for games (hereinafter the Rules) and undertakes to follow them. The user must know and follow the Rules. Creating an Account and accepting the Rules enters the user into an agreement with Ninja Global for using the services provided by Ninja Global in accordance with the Rules. The user must identify themselves by using Smart ID or Mobile ID. All data of the customer is stored in a server of the company pursuant to the legislative acts of the Republic of Estonia (including the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation) and will not be shared with third parties, except in instances stipulated by the legislative acts of the Republic of Estonia. Hereby, the user allows Ninja Global to store the data related to the user, including, but not limited to, their name, personal identification code and/or date of birth, address, and information on means of payment. The user accepts that Ninja Global relies on this information when providing its services. By opening a Ninja Global Account and submitting personal data, the user allows Ninja Global to use said data for providing its services. Ninja Global protects the security of the personal data of its users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation; the users of the Website are considered data subjects.

1.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy and validity of the personal data and contact details provided to Ninja Global. After opening an account, Ninja Global may request further information about the account of the customer, the bank account, the e-wallet, etc. to prevent potential abuses. Ninja Global users must be at least 21 years old to gamble in the casino and at least 18 years old to place toto bets (sports betting). Should it become clear that the age of the player does not comply with the Rules, then all bets and winnings made by that person will be annulled, any deposits placed on the Account will be reimbursed (Ninja Global reserves the right to withhold any reasonable expenses), and the Account will be closed. Ninja Global may refuse to create a new user. Every user is entitled to only one Account. If a user has used more than one Account to bypass the Rules and/or exceed the betting limit set by Ninja Global, then Ninja Global has the right to annul all bets that have been placed by this person and to reduce the applicable bet limits. If a user attempts to open more than one Account, Ninja Global has the right to block or close all Accounts of this user. Only one Account is permitted per household, device, IP address, or means of payment. Ninja Global reserves the right to carry out additional security checks to identify double Accounts.

1.3. An Account can be used only by the person who used it to register as a user. Should Ninja Global be informed that a user has used someone else’s personal data to create an Account, the company is entitled to annul all bets placed by this person, and to block all deposits and withdrawals from the Account.

1.4. The user is strictly prohibited to transfer the right to use their Account to another individual. All bets made by a logged-in user are charged to the Account.

1.5. The user is prohibited from betting on behalf of third parties. If the company discovers such an event, then the company has the right to annul the bets.

1.6. Ninja Global reserves the right to restrict the creation of an Account by a user or close an Account without being obligated to inform the user about the reasons for this decision.

1.7. Relatives and/or persons sharing a household are prohibited from placing toto bets (sports betting) on the same event to exceed bet limits that the company has set for the event. Ninja Global reserves the right to annul all bets of such users and to block all deposits and withdrawals related to the Account. Users are prohibited from using gambling methods, electronic or non-electronic means, or recording or analysing devices that conflict with the good practices and traditions of gambling or that reduce the chances of winning of other players. The user is prohibited from using bots and other similar programmes and devices that distort normal gambling.

1.8. Ninja Global has the right to change the bet limit of any user unilaterally without informing the user of the reasons for this action.

1.9. Should Ninja Global suspect that a user is violating any of the stipulations of the Rules or is engaged in fraudulent activity, the company can refuse their bets and close the Account.

1.10 Should Ninja Global suspect that a user has manipulated the gambling software, then Ninja Global will have the right to block the Account of such person as well as payments to and from it until it has conducted a further investigation and received a reply from the gaming provider, but no longer than for 90 days.

1.11. If an Account is blocked for any reason, the money that is on the Account at the moment of the annulment that has been received fairly shall be transferred back to the bank account of the user upon their request. The amount that is subject to a claim of the company shall be frozen on the Account until the legitimate origin of the money has been established.

1.12. Should Ninja Global erroneously credit an Account with an amount that does not belong to the user due to a technical or human error or for any other reason, then Ninja Global remains the legitimate owner of the amount and debits it from the Account. If the user has already withdrawn an amount that is not rightfully theirs from the Account, then the erroneously credited amount is considered the debt of the user to Ninja Global. The user must inform Ninja Global immediately of receiving an erroneously credited amount.

1.13. Information that is displayed on the screen due to a malfunction of the gambling software or electronic or mechanical malfunction or the manipulation of the gambling software is not considered winnings and is not credited to the user.
1.14. The user has the right to close their Account. In such instance, the user must withdraw all funds from the Account prior to submitting a request for closing the Account.

1.15. If the User does not use the Account for betting or gambling, depositing, or withdrawals, or if it is otherwise inactive for at least 12 consecutive months, then this Account is considered inactive. Ninja Global is entitled to subject inactive accounts to a fee of 5 euros per month starting from the 13th month of inactivity. We will inform you when your Account becomes inactive and at least 14 days before charging the inactive account fee.

1.16. Ninja Global reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time by obtaining the approval of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board in accordance with the Gambling Act. Amendments will take effect when they are approved and published on the Ninja Global website.

1.17. The company acts in compliance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Estonia; all disputes are settled pursuant to the legislation and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.

Rules of the games of chance
2.1. Ninja Global uses its platform to provide games of chance with software that is created by various third-party software vendors. Ninja Global is authorised to offer and market casino games of the gaming software vendors. Software vendors are responsible to Ninja Global for the fairness of the casino games and services provided through the games; all software vendors whose games are used on the Ninja Global platform are certified pursuant to the Gambling Act of the Republic of Estonia. The exact rules of the games and information on winnings are available in the instructions of the games that can be found within each game. 2.2. Some of the games offer additional winnings or jackpots in the amount which the software vendor of the game determined for the jackpot on its server. Rules for deposits and withdrawals
3.1. Integrated bank links of Trustly and Zimpler, debit cards, and e-wallets can be used to transfer funds to the Account of the user. 3.2. The user can transfer funds only from their personal bank account, debit card, and e-wallet account. Should transfers be made from the bank account of another person, the company will not deposit the amount to the Account and will transfer it back to the same means of payment that was used for the transfer. 3.3. Ninja Global reserves the right to set minimum and maximum amounts for deposits and minimum amounts for withdrawals. 3.4. The user can withdraw funds from the Account to their bank account or e-wallet account (if the issuing bank allows it) at any time. Rules for bonuses
4.1. In order to fulfil the requirements for the bonus play-through, the deposit of the user that is linked to the bonus is taken into account first. If the amount that is used in betting or gambling exceeds the amount that was deposited by the user and is linked to the bonus, then the bonus money is taken into account during the play-through. 4.2.
